Comment résoudre les problèmes audio unidirectionnels ou non?

Présentation

Lors d’une communication vocale entre deux terminaux, des problèmes d’audio unidirectionnel ou d’absence totale d’audio peuvent survenir. L’audio unidirectionnel signifie que les deux correspondants répondent normalement, mais seul l’un entend l’autre. L’absence d’audio mutuel indique que l’appel est établi, mais aucun des deux utilisateurs ne peut s’entendre.

Prérequis

① Un ordinateur de diagnostic avec Wireshark installé, connecté au même réseau local que les appareils, avec un accès réseau aux équipements et au serveur SIP.
② Vérifier l’alimentation, la connexion réseau, le démarrage correct et l’accès au réseau de déploiement.

Méthode de dépannage

Pour résoudre un défaut audio, il faut d’abord identifier précisément le symptôme. Dans les installations professionnelles, les interphones industriels communiquent fréquemment avec les téléphones IP. Les termes interphone et téléphone désignent ci-dessous les deux parties de l’appel.

L’interphone n’entend pas le téléphone

Si l’interphone ne reçoit pas le son du téléphone, suivez ces étapes :
1. Vérifiez le mode audio utilisé : combiné, mains-libres ou casque. Si seul le combiné est testé, basculez en mains-libres. Une panne courante vient d’un câble de combiné branché sur le port casque, perturbant la transmission audio.
2. Vérifiez que la touche rapide de l’interphone est configurée en Numérotation rapide.
Pour appeler un téléphone, la touche rapide doit être en numérotation rapide :

Certains utilisateurs activent par erreur le mode Intercom.
3. Si le défaut persiste, réalisez une capture de paquets simultanée sur l’interphone, le téléphone et le serveur, puis transmettez les fichiers au support technique.

1. Vérifiez si l’absence de son concerne uniquement le combiné ou aussi le mode mains-libres. Vérifiez le branchement du câble en cas de problème sur le combiné.
2. Pour les appels par touche rapide, vérifiez le type d’appel : Numérotation rapide ou Intercom. Remplacez l’intercom par la numérotation rapide, ou désactivez le paramètre “Activer la mise en sourdine intercom“ dans les réglages de l’interphone.

3. Effectuez une capture de paquets conformément à la section 2.3 et envoyez les données au service technique.

Aucun son mutuel pendant l’appel

L’absence d’audio mutuel provient généralement d’une incompatibilité de codecs audio ou d’une panne de transmission RTP liée au réseau. Une analyse détaillée nécessite une capture de paquets complète. Procédure :
1. Connectez-vous à l’interface web de l’appareil A, accédez à “Système” – “Outils auxiliaires” – “Capture web” et cliquez sur “Démarrer”.
Conseil : Utilisez le navigateur Chrome pour éviter les problèmes de compatibilité.

2. Répétez l’opération sur l’appareil B.
3. Lancez la capture de paquets sur le serveur (consultez le fournisseur).
4. Passez et répondez à l’appel, testez le son puis raccrochez.
5. Arrêtez toutes les captures et transmettez les trois fichiers au support technique.
