Introduction à la fonction de réponse automatique

Aperçu

Les utilisateurs peuvent activer la fonction de réponse automatique sur le téléphone. Une fois cette fonction activée, le téléphone peut répondre automatiquement aux appels entrants (lorsque la fonction de mise en attente d'appel n'est pas activée). La réponse automatique peut être activée séparément pour différentes lignes.

Modèles applicables

Ceci s'applique à tous les modèles de nos téléphones. (Cet article utilise le X210 comme exemple.)

Périphériques et outils requis

① Deux téléphones, connectés à un commutateur et capables d'obtenir des adresses IP.
② Un PC de configuration, également connecté au commutateur, avec une connectivité réseau aux téléphones.

Étapes de fonctionnement

Méthode 1 : Configurer via l'interface web du téléphone

Sur l'écran LCD du téléphone, appuyez sur "Menu" — "Statut" pour voir l'adresse IP du téléphone.

Connectez-vous à l'interface web du téléphone. Ouvrez un navigateur sur le PC et entrez l'adresse IP du téléphone dans la "barre d'adresse".

Après vous être connecté à l'interface web, allez dans "Ligne" - "SIP" - "Paramètres de base", puis configurez les paramètres selon les étiquettes illustrées à la Figure 1 ci-dessous. Une fois la configuration terminée, cliquez sur "Soumettre".

Méthode 2 : Configurer directement sur le téléphone

Lorsque le téléphone est en mode veille, appuyez sur "Menu" - "Fonctions" - "Réponse automatique".
