Ne pas répondre aux appels entrants sur les téléphones SIP après le décrochage

Après que le téléphone appelé a répondu à l'appel, aucun audio n'est entendu. À ce moment, le téléphone appelé entre en état d'appel actif et commence à compter la durée de l'appel, tandis que le téléphone appelant entend toujours la tonalité de retour.

Analyse du problème

Après que le correspondant a décroché, le téléphone envoie un message 200 OK à l'appelant. Le message de réponse est envoyé à l'adresse contenue dans le champ VIA de la demande SIP originale. Dans certains déploiements, le PBX se trouve sur un réseau privé et est mappé au réseau public via NAT, mais les messages SIP envoyés par le PBX contiennent toujours une adresse IP privée dans le champ VIA. Par conséquent, le message de réponse du téléphone ne peut pas être correctement délivré à l'appareil distant.

Solution

Activez la fonction "Strict proxy" (option en chinois : "Compatible avec les serveurs spéciaux") dans les paramètres du téléphone. Une fois cette fonction activée, le téléphone n'enverra plus de messages de réponse à l'adresse dans l'en-tête VIA. Au lieu de cela, il les enverra directement à l'adresse spécifiée dans le champ SIP Contact.

Connectez-vous à la page d'administration WEB du téléphone, puis cliquez sur "Ligne" - "Paramètres avancés" -- cochez "Configurer la compatibilité avec les serveurs spéciaux" - cliquez sur Soumettre en bas de la page, comme indiqué ci-dessous.
